We have frequently participated in the sale of HOS units, assisting purchasers in all related legal matters.   • Will and Trust

Based on clients’ instructions, we prepare Trust documents, Wills, Succession Papers and Agreement. We represent clients to obtain the Grant of Probate or Grant of Letters of Administration. We also arrange Trust service and the relevant legal service.

  • Annual Retainer for Companies

We provide legal service in relation to recovery of debt, contract disputes, employment disputes, trade mark registration, application for commercial licences and application for licence for particular commercial operations prescribed by law.  We also represent clients to handle various types of commercial disputes.

  • Bankruptcy

We provide legal advice to clients and represent clients in bankruptcy petition, an Interim Voluntary Arrangement Application and an annual statement of affairs.  After the expiry of the bankruptcy period, we represent clients to file an application for discharging the receiving order.

  • Divorce

We represents clients to file a divorce petition and to provide the relevant legal advice including properties adjustment, maintenance and custody, access and supervision order of children etc. We also provide assistance to clients to apply for legal aid service.

  • Civil Celebrant Service

We provide Civil Celebrant Service to clients and deal with all formalities and documents in relation thereto.
